We strongly encourage the buyer to participate in the inspection process. This will give you the peace of mind to know what is right with your home, and the power to make an informed offer; saving you money.

When the Inspection is over, we don't stop.

If you have questions about your home or proper maintenance that should be done, don't hesitate to call. Even years down the road, we'll answer the question, or put you in touch with someone that can.

The inspection is your time.

During the home inspection, our inspectors give 100% attention to you and your inspection. We do not answer the phone and take calls during an inspection. It may seem minor, but it is one more way we strive to deliver the best service possible to our customers.

Reports Delivered Immediately After the Inspection.

We know your time is important. Your finished computerized report will be emailed to you shortly after the inspection, ALWAYS the same day. If your realtor is not present at the inspection, we can also email them a copy of the report.
